JOB DESCRIPTION
Elite Chrysler Jeep Inc. is looking for a Parts Clerk to complete its team. The incumbent will have to greet customers and collect the information required to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of customer vehicles. Sell parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop or over the phone.
FUNCTIONS
Sell auto body and mechanical parts that meet customer needs; – Record the transactions made; – Check and classify the goods upon receipt; – Provide customer service on the phone and with customers at the counter; – Help customers choose parts efficiently and provide high quality service to internal and external customers (retail and workshop); – Sometimes perform delivery tasks, including but not limited to: receiving / shipping parts and delivering parts; – The main tasks are listed above, but the incumbent may be assigned to other functions. SKILLS AND
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience considered an asset; – Knowledge of automotive mechanics, a major asset; – Resourceful, hardworking and punctual; – Have good judgment; – Enjoy teamwork; – Interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
